At MIT, I was a course developer who worked to quickly meet deadlines for delivering online courses such as Launching Innovation in Schools. Responsibilities included:

• manage media assets, track deliverables, proof content
• script videos, edit final cuts, and incorporate motion graphics
• contribute to WordPress/email marketing campaigns
• ghostwrite professor’s blog

I also contributed to the online course Design Thinking for Leading & Learning, which helped education leaders learn about design thinking and explore how it can transform classroom learning and school communities.

The MIT150 was a high-profile web/video project that celebrated the history of MIT. For this project, I served as a project manager who edited videos that featured prominent MIT faculty. I also created content and populated the Drupal site.

During the MIT150, I was responsible for assembling videos for an expansive oral history project. While curating that project, I started to pull different themes or stories that would show a hidden side of MIT. One story was how a surprising number of MIT professors spent their childhoods in farming communities.

Another story that I was able to tell was how, in 1968, a group of MIT students formed the Black Students' Union and advocated for change.
